Civicamente is designed with a "Privacy by Design" approach. We believe that epistocratic assessment should be free from personal identification. We do not require, collect, or store your name, email address, IP address, or any other personal identifier that could link your test results to your physical identity.

2. Swiss Legal Compliance

This application is hosted and operated in Switzerland. We comply with the **Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (LPD)** and, where applicable, the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data Collection & Usage

When you complete an assessment, the following data is stored anonymously:

Geographic location (Country and Region) as selected or detected.
Psychometric scores (Voting Capacity, Foresight Index, Bias Profiles).
Generic timestamp of the assessment.

This data is used solely for generating global and regional rankings and for statistical research on civic preparation.

4. Cookies & Storage

We use only essential technical storage (Cookies and LocalStorage) required for the application to function. This includes remembering your language preference, your regional selection for test accuracy, and your cookie consent status. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the **Canton of Ticino, Switzerland**.
